March 20th & 21st @ 7:00 PM.
JESUS’ LAST DAYS, the stage rendition of the 43-year-old outdoor passion drama, His Last Days, brings to life the days leading up to Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection. This Easter passion drama, set in a “theater in the round” configuration, draws the audience into this very moving portrayal of Jesus’ life as he approaches his final days on earth. Through music, dance, and narration, the story of Christ’s Passion is played out in a very moving way by an all-volunteer cast and crew. Returning for its third year at the Mountain City Playhouse, Jesus’ Last Days is the perfect way to prepare for Easter during the Lenten season.
With two performances available and open to the public, this very moving drama can be taken in either Friday, March 20th, or Saturday, March 21st. Doors will open at 6:30 pm both nights, and the curtain will rise at 7:00 pm. General seating tickets are available at the door or can be purchased early by calling the Mountain City Playhouse box office at 706-969-2777. Contact His Last Days Ministries at 706-963-0993 for more information about the drama or learn how you can donate to the ministry and its mission. Childcare will be available next door at Blue Ridge Activity & Tumbling Center on both performance nights. Simple concessions will be sold at both performances.
